By using Hither, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Service purpose
Hither provides group travel, member location sharing, gathering-point, and itinerary collaboration tools. Map, distance, arrival, and notification information may be delayed or incomplete because of permissions, networks, devices, or third-party services. Hither is not an emergency, medical, security, or professional navigation service.
Accounts and guest mode
Provide an email address you control and protect your account. Guest mode does not keep history or sync across devices. Data may not be recoverable after sign-out, deleting the app, or changing devices. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your responsibilities
Do not use Hither to store or share unlawful, rights-infringing, dangerous, abusive, impersonating, or service-disrupting content. Before sharing location, make sure members know and agree. Leaders and members must verify gathering points and itinerary arrangements for themselves.
Premium, payment, and refunds
Premium features, prices, billing periods, and availability are shown in the App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple's App Store terms and processes; deleting the app may not cancel a subscription, so manage it in your Apple account settings. Premium access is server-validated and may be removed after a refund, revocation, expiry, or failed validation.
Suspension and termination
Hither may limit or terminate an account or feature when you breach these terms, abuse the service, create a security risk, or when required by law. You may delete your account at any time. Data may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. Hither does not guarantee continuous availability, exact location accuracy, uninterrupted third-party services, or that data will never be lost. Keep backups of important itinerary and contact information and do not rely on Hither for safety or emergencies.
